DANCESPORT FOR KIDS

We have put a lot of love into making a DanceSport program for school aged ( we recommend ages 8 to 17 years old for this course, if you have siblings wanting to join and one isn’t in the age bracket. This is just a guide, we are more than happy for them to participate ) kids that will help them cruise through two styles of dance, plus some old time favorites. In this program they can expect to learn two dances in each style of Latin American and Ballroom. Not only ballroom, we will be doing some fun solo styles.

Throughout your child’s dancing expedition they will be taught some of these following favourites: Cha Cha Cha and Foxtrot (slow rhythm) . Learning these fabulous dances comes with implementing musicality, technique and balance to your child’s repertoire.

Our program at Luxe Dance Studio is an absolutely perfect introduction into ballroom dancing or otherwise known as DanceSport. From here your child will feel prepared to go onto medals which we will be implementing at Luxe in the new year. Who knows what amazing things they have in store in their future dance careers. The possibilities are endless. Competitions, theatre and tv performances are areas in which we have an abundance of experience in and we are passionate in passing our knowledge onto our students.

Structure and Fees

• Your children will learn 2 Ballroom, 2 Latin and many more. Luxe will be offering these dances over a 10 week course.

• Our fabulous dance program will be conducted by a positive and bubbly teacher/teachers who have over 30 years and are still currently working and performing in the industry.

• A weekly dance course that runs for 45 mins per session

• At Luxe you can either bank deposit or pay online and we also accept full payment of cash on the day. Email us at hayley@luxedancestudio or private message us on facebook. Payment secures your child’s position in this class as we have a limit in our class so your child gets more.
